01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the arena.ph website located at arenaph.vip and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered by arena.ph. These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on the arena.ph platform.

By accessing arena.ph, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are not accessing arena.ph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

arena.ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

02 Eligibility

To register and use arena.ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. arena.ph does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of arena.ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from arena.ph or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers arena.ph.
• You must not be accessing arena.ph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

arena.ph takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, investigate, and if confirmed, permanently close the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.

03 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) arena.ph account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. arena.ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arena.ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. arena.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify arena.ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• arena.ph staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You may update your registered email address or mobile number through your account settings, subject to verification.
• arena.ph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms.

Account closure requests may be submitted through the arena.ph live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

arena.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your arena.ph account dashboard and are subject to change at arena.ph's discretion with reasonable notice.

• Deposits are generally credited to your arena.ph account within seconds for GCash and Maya transactions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
• arena.ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• arena.ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

arena.ph implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with Philippine law. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML verification requests.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

arena.ph offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and specialty games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum bet per round or hand is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: arena.ph reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting strategies, or colluding with other players.
• Promotion Modifications: arena.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on arena.ph are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules specifically address the matter in question.

arena.ph's random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dice — operated by trained dealers and streamed in real time.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account balance.
• arena.ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. arena.ph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round where the game outcome has already been determined.

arena.ph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game or the platform as a whole. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of certain games or the entire platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arena.ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to arena.ph support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing arena.ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

arena.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, arena.ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting arena.ph customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

09 Responsible Gaming

arena.ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every registered player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arena.ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform unavailability.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

arena.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude arena.ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy

arena.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the arena.ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

arena.ph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We may share your personal data with third parties in the following circumstances: (a) with payment processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals; (b) with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies as required by Philippine law; (c) with identity verification service providers for KYC purposes; and (d) with our licensed game providers to the extent necessary to deliver game services.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and arena.ph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly through our live chat support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. arena.ph also cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.

Nothing in this section shall prevent arena.ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
